Demoviction Tarot is an intimate participatory performance that spiritualises the Vancouver housing crisis. An individual is invited into a modified tarot reading using a Vancouver-inspired deck that asks them to reflect on their housing experience and imagine a new future. Conversations around housing are often overwhelmed by worry and despair, but what exists in that layer of myth and humour underneath?
